Revision 3 of the Rad-NESHAP Quality Assurance Project Plan

Thanks to those of you who provided comments on Revision 3 of the Rad-NESHAP Quality Assurance Project Plan. The public comment period was extended past the initial May 12 date to allow more comments, and the document was issued on May 30th.

One comment arose that bears further clarification, regarding the reduction in frequency of stack flow measurements.
