Text Box: ELKIN 2008 will be the first meeting after the loss of one of the ELKIN community’s main pillars, Prof. Dudley A. Saville (1933-2006).  In tribute to Prof. Saville’s remarkable scientific contributions to the advances of Electrokinetics research and his long list of accomplishments, ELKIN 2008 is dedicated to his memory.  An invited talk delineating Prof. Saville’s professional career and scientific accomplishments will be given at ELKIN 2008 by one of his close colleagues or students.
