Title: The winds from hot Pop III stars

Author(s): Jiri Krticka

Abstract: We test the possibility of winds blowing from hot H-He first stars, driven either by the line or continuum processes. Because the material in the atmospheres of first stars is mostly ionized, the radiative force is too small to accelerate the wind. The radiative force due to the continuum transitions is also not able to drive a wind. We study the possibility of expulsion of individual heavier elements from the atmosphere, the consequences of stellar rotation for the mass-loss and the influence of the radiative force on the circumstellar environment of first stars. We discuss the implications of our results for the evolution of Pop III stars and for the models of the reionization of the Universe.
