In exchange for support packages, which includes free registration and full room and board, these students will provide support of administrative tasks associated with the workshop, such as assisting session chairs before and during oral presentations, assisting with speaker preparation, assisting with workshop business office activities, and similar types of support as assigned by the Organizing Chair and/or Workshop Administrator.* Assignments will be made as needed while still ensuring that workshop support students are able to hear all workshop presentations.

* Rooms are double occupancy. Banquet tickets and travel expenses are not included.
