Awarding reducing, reusing, and recycling
We recognize individuals or teams whose efforts have:
- Reduced, eliminated, or minimized waste or pollution
- Conserved natural resources
- Procured green or environmentally-preferred products
- Applied sustainable design principles
- Identified other ways to reduce risk, improve safety and security, or save money
Each year projects are nominated and submitted for review. Best in Class and Environmental Stewardship Awards are presented during Earth Week in April.
