A regular 110 VAC outlets will be provided by the hotel; other requirements such electrical extension cord, pipe and drape partition, etc., must be arranged directly with the Marriott. There are 14, 8’X10’, booths available for the conference. Each booth will have a regular 110 VAC out let, and a 6’X4’ table. These booths will be located inside two adjacent rooms. The booths will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis. If you need a booth (to setup equipment, instrument, etc), please register as soon as possible. Additional display spaces with a 6’X4’ draped table will be available in the hotel foyer adjacent to the technical presentation rooms.
Booth Preference:
Fees: $750 per booth, prior to August 1, 1998; $1000 after August 1, 1998.
