From 1955 through 2000 there was a slow evolution in the name of the BAER Conference reflecting the evolving interests of the participants. In 2001 a much more dramatic change in the name was required to avoid legal entanglement over the use of the BAER Conference name. The dispute over the Conference name was raised by legal counsel for a newly incorporated entity that registered the historic name for its exclusive use. It is the purpose of this web site to preserve the intellectual capital of the RRMC and the 1955-2000 Conferences and provide information on upcoming RRM Conferences. Those seeking information on the 2001 and 2002 BAER Conferences may continue their search elsewhere.
